You will need to bring a water bottle and a waterproof jacket if it is raining. You don't need to bring any special equipment, just yourself and a positive attitude and we'll do the rest!



First of all, no two Bootcamp sessions will ever be the same. We constantly change the workouts around so your body (and mind) never get bored and continually adapt. During a "typical" Bootcamp session we warm up with a series of dynamic mobilisers designed to prepare your body for the workout, then hit a cardio- and resistance-based workout before cooling down with a stretch.
